Matt Mellott - President
Matt Mellott brings over 17 years of healthcare industry experience to SleepWorks. Mr. Mellott's expertise lies in developing and implementing financial management, analysis, and reporting systems for rapidly growing organizations. Formerly Vice President of Finance for Beverly Home Care, he was instrumental in the development and execution of a strategic plan that increased profitability of the home care division. He was also a former Vice President of Financial Services for IHS Homecare, a division of Integrated Health Services, Inc. Prior to IHS Home Care, Matt spent several years in public accounting in the Healthcare Audit Practice of KPMG. He is a graduate of Loyola College of Maryland.

Denise Fraley - Senior Vice President of Business Development and Operations
Denise Fraley joined SleepWorks in August 2003. Since joining the company, Denise has opened numerous labs, and has provided guidance and direction to the Account Development Manager program for census maintenance and development. She was formerly Director of Sales and Business Development for SleepCor. As Director of Sales, SleepCor experienced a 312% growth in testing units and generated revenues of $10MM to $12MM per year. She has healthcare experience in the hospital, long-term care and private practice sector with 15 years of sales and marketing experience. Denise has a BS Degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Kentucky and graduate work in Sports Nutrition and Business Administration at Georgia State University.

David Leete - VP of Finance
David has spent more than 18 years in the technology and service industries.  His core competencies include the ability to develop scalable infrastructure for growth and leverage process re-engineering via technology enablers to provide operations support.  As Global PTM's CFO, David restructured operations to generate positive cash flow and expand the company's international presence.  He is the former CFO for Terrier Holdings and a former Vice President of Infor Global Solutions, where he helped quadruple the size of the company through acquisitions and integration.  He has an MBA from Clemson University and Bachelor of Arts degrees in Economics and Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Ken Magee - VP of Operations - Home Medical Division
Ken Magee has over 20 years experience in the home medical equipment industry. He joined MedBridge Home Medical in 2005 through the acquisition of Palmetto Oxygen, the home respiratory company he founded in 2000. In addition to starting his own company his background includes area operations and sales management with a national HME company where he was instrumental in growing revenues from $6 to $12 million in 3 years. He was actively involved in acquisitions for the Eastern US. He has experience as a Clinical Supervisor and as Director of Respiratory Care in a hospital setting.  He is the past president of South Carolina Medical Equipment
